I love the Sprawl and Brawl!!! I show you just how hard I was working despite the heat that was rising in my club!! I feel so much more endurance this second time around on these workouts so I know this is working and I am loving every minute of it. The Killer Moves are just that-KILLER! The one in here is awesome! So tomorrow I rest and then slide into week 4!!! ;P MY BODY CRIED!!!
