Today I did the Muay Thai workout for the first time. I loved it! I was joined by a couple of my ladies who agreed to do this instead of our cardio kickboxing which was awesome so I could get this in and not double up on workouts, but I was prepared to do that today as I really have been looking forward to this workout. Heather is a great client of mine and she has some lower back problems, she actually sent it out of whack in our workout yesterday doing a burpee! I know, but it is one of my favorite exercises and still can't figure out why so many people don't like them, They are fabulous for your entire body! Ok, so anyway, she still came today and stated,"IF you can get to the workout, you can move and do it!" she modified many of the moves yet still the key, was moving, even if ever so slowly. That is beating your odds People! That is determination, that is not quitting, that is knowing you can do it even if you have to do it slow! Here is what I say, "Slow and steady wins the race!" That is when you are injured.;) "Fast and furious when all your cylinders are hitting!" ;) Alright, very short clip today, as we just decided at last second to do TapouT workout, so no prep just some closing remarks today! HITTING IT HARD!!!

The workout went so fast this morning! It was great and set the tone for my day! I didn't get to show you any exercises as it went so fast I sorda forgot, just so into it and didn't want to break my momentum! But, a few words of how I felt and some insight into the workout. ;) STEEL!!!

It's a great day in the neighborhood! I made it through a second round of competition core, day 22 and feeling more and more strength! One thing I have to confess, it get's hard for me to stay pumped up when I am by myself, and I feel like quitting halfway through, however, then I do some self-talking which tell me that I am not going to tap out because I have a goal, so I push forward and I go as hard as I can! So be determined in your goals and get through your workouts putting everything you have into them and the transformational results will come! ;) SMACK DOWN!!!

I love the Sprawl and Brawl!!! I show you just how hard I was working despite the heat that was rising in my club!! I feel so much more endurance this second time around on these workouts so I know this is working and I am loving every minute of it. The Killer Moves are just that-KILLER! The one in here is awesome! So tomorrow I rest and then slide into week 4!!! ;P MY BODY CRIED!!!

Loved it!!! The second time around of Legs and Back, I felt more power and was able to get off the ground on that killer move! Before, I could do it, but didn't feel as I was consistent in the whole 1:10 time on the jumps in air! ;) Looking forward to the Sprawl and Brawl tomorrow. I had planned to do TapouT XT plyo today however, I had so much to do so replaced it with my Saturday morning Kickboxing!! I did sweat just as much and kudos to my ladies who showed up and just nailed this workout! They were kind enough to let me tape them at the end so check it out and also get a peek at some of the exercises we did! Keep on Keeping On!!!

I loved the workout today again. I felt more strength and felt I was able to get through that the second time around alot better than the first time I did it. I pick on Mike Karpenko at the end of my video clip. Check it out and if your doing the workouts, keep up the good work and stay strong! The results will come as long as your following the plan and your dedicated to the workout calendar and your useing the nutrition guide as a tool to help you get used to eating better. ;) I DID IT!

I LOVED this day 13 Cardio XT workout! I was dripping sweat at about the 8 minute mark of the warm up!! I am however, looking forward to a rest day tomorrow! ;) Keep up the good work no matter what your doing. Great as usual! Sometimes you get up and you just don't feel like working out do you? Well, do it anyway! ;)Once you start moving you will be done before you know it! The legs and back workout has some awesome exercises in the workout so look to push harder each time out, that is where I have my mindset and I do feel like I am getting stronger in my upper body! ZONE IT IN!

I did the yoga with my sister today! ;) I have to say that I am challenged with this workout. It's just slow but as I state in video it is good for my muscles. There will be no day 10 as I had difficulties with video uploads. It's all good now so we are set to go! Day 10 was a little hard for me, and I think it was due to my sister and I running the night before. We got in 3.2 miles in just about 31.00 minutes which isn't that great but the smoke from the fire we have here in Colorado gets heavier at times here and you can smell it then just running on pavement you get a different feel too. However, it's all good and I am happy to report that Day 10 I have lost 4 lbs., down to 130, 2 inches off my waist, started at 33, my bfi is at 28.00, started at 29.2 and my bmi is at 23.1, started at 23.9. I am very happy with those numbers and I am excited for the remainder of the week to really pound it out and lose 4 more lbs!!! ;P Happy Father's Day to all the papa's!!! ;) STRETCH!
Boy oh Boy! My body was not wanting to workout this morning! I went for a 3.2 mile run with my sis last night so I just think the body was not quite up to par! I made it through however and the best part was the ab section! That is where my focus is, to lose that roll of a friend that has been with me for many years!!! ;( Big day for us as we have my daughter graduate college! She went to the Art Institute of Denver as a graphic designer and has been working as a paid intern for Great Big Color! ;) We are pretty proud of her so with that, gotta jet and get ready to boogie!! ;P RAN TO IT!

I have to tell you that I am looking forward to the rest day tomorrow! Today was great though and I loved the punching, the different ways of doing pushups and flow of the workout today was awesome! ;) I didn't want to make the video too long so just gave one snippet of a couple exercises. I am looking forward to Saturday as it will be day 10 and I want to see where I am as far as losing lbs, inches, and also looking at body fat and bmi which to me is more important than the number on the scale! I hope if your on this journey that your getting the results your desiring and your putting your whole effort into the workouts and the nutrition side too! Enjoy the video! My legs are feeling the workout! I have to admit though, the yoga yesterday did help my muscles. I felt ready to go today and I pushed through. The resistance from the bands were felt on each exercise. It's only day 5 yet I feel better again as I am watching my food intake, following the food guide they provided and just giving everything I have in the workouts. I was reading a few of the testimonials of some folks that have started this 90 day journey too and a post on there said day 4 and really didn't see any difference. That just tells me that he is not following the daily food plan. You can workout like a crazy person, but if you go and stuff yourself all day with junk, well then you are just wasting your time and fat wins out. It's not rocket science, eating the right amount of fats, proteins and carbs throughout the day will give you the burn on food your body is craving. Your in this I hope to make a lifestyle change, not just do it for 90 days and then go back to your bad habits. This is your kick-start in life, so go after it with a vengeance and keep racing for life! ;) DON'T TAPOUT!!! BURN BABY BURN- Day 5

Day 4- Yoga XT - I am not one for doing Yoga. I did bootcamp yoga once and it was ok, but still slow and that is the part I have to learn to just go with it because I know my muscles need that good stretch to further enhance my flexibility. As I sat in church today I felt my muscles talking to me as I would stand up and sit down. That is an awesome feeling though as it makes you know you are doing something good for your body! ;) Thanks again to De and Catie as they did the yoga with me! ;) I lost my head!

Day 3 complete! Thank you to De and Catie Simpson for joining me this morning!;) This workout was the hardest so far! I wasn't sure if I could finish it at times, like I almost TAPPED OUT!! But, with my workout partners there they kept me going because I knew they were feeling it just as much as I was! ;) They are a little camera shy so they didn't want to be on video but they did awesome!! ;) It looks like tomorow might be just a little easier with yoga xt! Something I have never done so will be interesting! Almost but didn't TapouT!!! ;)

Day 2 was great for my upper body. This is where I feel the weakest so I loved today! ;) I ate really well yesterday, followed the nutrition guide which is awesome as the foods look pretty simple and will be good to the taste! ;P I just talked to my sister and she ordered TapouT XT which makes me super stoked because I can talk to her about the program as we go along and she will know what I am going through as she will be going through it too!!! Congratulations to her also as she just completed her personal training so is now certified!! YOU GO MONICA JEAN!! So proud of you!! Love ya. Ok enjoy the video! I DIDN'T TapouT!!!

Here we are June 7th and I just received my TapouT XT box full of contents that will transform me into what I want to be. Of course the contents themselves won't do this, as they are just tools to get you on the path and to help you fullfill your goals. So I decided to take you with me on this journey for the next 90 days as I see if this product is all it says it is! I can tell you, I already completed day one earlier, and man it felt great!
