Ok, so I made it to day 60!!! My results really haven't moved much in 30 days. However,
I measure my stamina, my endurance and strength and that has increased, big time!
Here are my measurements for day 60-
Wt: 132
Chest: 31.5
Bicep: 10.5
Waist: 32.0
BFI: 29.1
MM: 34.7
BMI: 23.7
