I am so looking forward to the next couple of days of rest!!! I am feeling a little
burned out between running and working it out with TapouT XT! But, I love it all and
I am pretty sure I will beat my time from 2 years ago in the 10K I am running on Sat.
I didn't get to run it last year due to my knee, however, it feels so strong and I
know I GOT THIS!!!
