I loved the workout today again. I felt more strength and felt I was able to get
through that the second time around alot better than the first time I did it. I
pick on Mike Karpenko at the end of my video clip. Check it out and if your doing
the workouts, keep up the good work and stay strong! The results will come as long
as your following the plan and your dedicated to the workout calendar and your useing
the nutrition guide as a tool to help you get used to eating better. ;)
