Day 4- Yoga XT - I am not one for doing Yoga. I did bootcamp yoga once and it was ok, but still slow and that is the
part I have to learn to just go with it because I know my muscles need that good stretch to further enhance my
flexibility. As I sat in church today I felt my muscles talking to me as I would stand up and sit down. That is an
awesome feeling though as it makes you know you are doing something good for your body! ;)
Thanks again to De and Catie as they did the yoga with me! ;)
I lost my head!
